@pixelfed I think the documentation is also currently wrong. It says the limit is 1000 posts, but the limit is in fact 100.

@pixelfed looks great, one suggestion is maybe change the colours in the gradient as they highly resemble Instagram's ones, and Meta loves money :)

@pixelfed I was trying this out today, and it seems that stories aren’t federated outside of Pixelfed. So if someone follows my pixelfed account from Mastodon, they don’t get notified of any of the story content. Is that correct? ActivityPub / Mastodon COULD handle displaying these posts, and even deleting them after the set time. Maybe display them in a threaded post as a sort of collection as they get added?

@pixelfed In order to migrate, do we need to have an active Instagram account or can we use an exported data zip file? (I exported mine before closing my account last year)

How long does this #instagram migration feature exist, and why didn't I know this... I was doing it manually one post at a time (per day).

Luckily I have 200 posts only...

@pixelfed I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. But I have 800 queued for upload and it hasn’t moved for over 10 min. I also tried on pixelfed.social to upload just 1 and it's still showing it’s uploading…

Hi, my two cents regarding the name, there is a moddb.com (and also indiedb.com, but that's not really relevant in this situation).
That site contains game mods, all kinds of them, and exists who knows since when.

Is there an easy way to for a user to see the blocklist? I recently had some bad experiences with known bad servers that weren't blocked. Before switching to another instance I'd like to validate their block list.

Should say "Fewer dependencies" not Less.
Less= aggregated thing like dependency
Fewer=enumerable things like dependencies
