Saying 'I don't know, let me research it' is something I say weekly at work, no shame in that. Much worse is my coworkers that say they know, but it's wrong. My other favorite are 'no' and the 'Decline Meeting' button.

@nixCraft I used to manage a Performance Lab at a VOIP company. Most of the company's labs looked like this, but not our's. The one exception was when we let some engineers install an ethernet switch on their own, which they installed UPSIDE DOWN and they ran most of the cables through the middle of the rack. :eyeroll: 😆

When you're remote and the IT support needs to troubleshoot something and they look at your internet connection and you're connected to "hey why don't you go fuck yourself" and you realize aw geez. Didn't think that one through the whole way did ya K.
