 web vital metric acronyms are a dyslexic nightmare. LCP. FID. FCP. i propose leaning further into that to make everyone feel as lost as I do when reading those acronyms. maybe “Cumulative Layout Shift for User-triggered Animations” (CLSUTA) or “Interaction to Subsequent Paint Timing for Complex Image-Heavy Product Galleries” (ISPIPCIHPG) or “Total Blocking Time for Intranet Pages Accessed from Obsolete Computers” (TBTIPAOC) i would like to note that one of the first things America is using high speed rail for is getting out of South Carolina and Texas as fast as possible  If you prioritize these ten design skills, you will be in an even stronger place by next year.   @samhenrigold i wish it did affect them but trust me, too big of an ocean for the pebble :( guess i struck a nerve. in case my stance wasn’t clear enough: @darius is a textbook charlatan — a grifter that feels empowered to use Steve Jobs’ name to charge $500/hour for consultations solely because he was a graphic designer at a company 20 years ago.

@samhenrigold Threads has been pushing this account quite hard. But every photo on the site looks completely AI generated. I do not get it. It does not seem like a real person. But whatever is happening, they’ve chosen a very specific time in history to wax on about. @samhenrigold Woooow. I followed him on Threads and then eventually got tired of the self-righteousness and unfollowed. I assumed there was more to his story but not this much more. @samhenrigold ouch, that’s creepy. I’ll admit to getting snookered on Threads initially because we traded comments about dashboard widgets that seemed pretty legit but then just forgot about it. Thanks for the heads up. Today I turn 22. Here’s a pixel for every photo I took while I was 21. This is the most efficient way to share a photo recap as far as I'm concerned. No swiping or writing alt text for a bunch of slides or anything.
