 @samhenrigold these times I am proud to be Hungarian, where we’ve got 1/1 Gbit optical connection for $12 a month  the audiovisual experience when you reach the end of your unread updates is smooth af tho, I'm gonna try to reproduce it on android a tick has been in my neck for 11 years and one month now due to the medical incompetence of Natures Classroom in Becket, MA trying to fish it out with a pen cap and only lodging it in further we were not allowed to have technology beyond a flashlight there, but the october 2012 apple event was happening at that time. so I asked my dad to print out articles from the verge and mail them to me Inside me, there are two wolves: one tries to avoid confrontation with its life, and the other will have a fatal allergic reaction when exposed to the Viva Las Vengeance album. They’re fighting it out while I’m sat in an uber with the driver playing the album start to finish. Still gonna rate him 5 stars because I’m not a monster but “Star Spangled Banger” is reeeeallllllly testing me. it’s gross and totally ass-backwards but having a lightning cable on my desk with the USB C adapter is nice. Kinda defeats the purpose but it prevents me from needing two cables on my desk for charging/lightweight data transfer to my computer

@samhenrigold this why everything on my desk has a Volta plug and then it's just one cable to rule them all. I propose a challenge: connect as many different adapters together as possible between two USB-C devices such that data transfer still works  @samhenrigold I wish there were good adapters for the other direction but I don't think they exist… wild how the default bad-faith response to “we should ban AR-15s” was “um do you even know what AR stands for? it’s ARMALITE YOU IDIOT HAHA OWNED” my man that was never even remotely the point @samhenrigold do you even know how a gas impingement breech-block semiautomatic rifle works? HAHAHAHA oh you do? Oh, ok then.  unix epoch 1700000000 is today in about 5 hours 13 mins if you needed the reminder to prepare festivities  @samhenrigold actually I did set a reminder based on your toot three days ago, thanks for that  sometimes when i get a wave of imposter syndrome as a product designer, i look at the app i have to use for my laundry and feel a little better.
