  Not sure if I'm a "gifted kid", but people always said I'm talented in many areas but also lazy af. I've never seen a psychotherapist as an adult. Don't know what adderall and SSRI are. Spent half my life trying to convince myself to be straight though so there's that.

In Apple apps that edit files, you can hold alt/option in the "file" menu to reveal the "save as" option. In general, alt-clicking things can lead to interesting results. For example, alt-clicking the wifi icon in the menu bar would reveal tons of useful details about your connection. Alt-clicking the sound icon would allow you to switch the audio input device. And so on.  @samhenrigold option clicking the rounded rectangle in the shape popover in iWork apps gives you a non-continuously curved rectangle in case you’re feeling crazy for 2009  Here's one, you can delete stuff from an open/save dialog box (or create a new folder if you're feeling frisky) by right-clicking in it. Too lame? Here's another one: You can drag and drop a file or folder in an open/save dialog box to jump to that specific item. Very handy. in a new apple tv app update, youtube will hijack the system timeout screensaver/sleep function and use their new “ambient display” mode. cannot be disabled. do we wanna place bets on how long until this space becomes a new ad unit? i give it 3 months.  figured it out. i had to restore the ipod and put it into airplane mode before connecting the adapter. the adapter will tell the system to look for firmware updates and then it will install one that isn’t compatible with iOS 6. “God had no hand in the creation of this abhorrence. It’s jailbroken, but it looks like all of the screen recording tweaks that support 6 have poor FPS. And AirPlaying to my mac leaves that ugly blue bar (+ airplay degradation)

 @samhenrigold @lickability Have you tried Display Recorder by Ryan Petrich? I used to use this about 12 or so years ago:  @samhenrigold @lickability the digital AV adapter also has AirPlay degradation. Internally it’s just an AirPlay receiver.
