Having trouble with my iPod touch 5 (16GB, 6.1.3) and the Lightning AV Adapter. I bought the adapter today, plugged it into my TV, no signal. Used my iPhone X (16.4), it mirrored no problem.
When I plug the adapter into the iPod, it gets that blue pulsing status bar, so it sees *something* getting connected.

I'm not sure how to debug this. Anyone have thoughts?
