Save Room - relatively short, but it somehow managed to make inventory management fun

Return to Monkey Island - while not perfect, does have have some Ron Gilbert feel on it

Stray - I don't remember playing game where so much attention has been given on being able to do cat things. If you stick with to the end, there's blend of several different game genres in there

@gamingonlinux it also has a small active community of people casting matches on youtube, can be fun if you liked watching starcraft for instance or if you just want to see how a proper match may look like

@gamingonlinux Honestly the best rts. Try the scavenger mode with friends if you prefer pve, its a lot of fun.

@gamingonlinux TA was one of my favourite games back in the day and SC is a very nice "recent" update... I will definitely be checking this out!

@gamingonlinux Have no idea why but since a few deck updates ago, decky never loads for me. Tried reinstalling several times, enabled the cef debugging, but never works. But it worked at some point 🤔

Yeah, I got the 1st Rift consumer (not beta) release. Really loved where that was going.

Then Milquetoast Palpatine bought it and completely ruined everything.

Got by for a couple years by having a block in my router that made facebook unreachable. Now it's just a fancy brick.

@gamingonlinux Been really struggling to get the Valve Index working under Linux personally... First I had issues due to steam being installed as a flatpak, and had to install it just using the .deb, then had issues with kernel and driver version compatibility, now having issues with using it as an audio source with pipewire as it doesn't become an audio source unit you start the SteamVR application, and Pop!_OS doesn't become aware of it... It's a NIGHTMARE...

- No text note taking function in the overlay

- Steam Input doesn't allow you to use anything but pre-set gyro activation buttons

- Deckyloader not a native feature to encourage more plugin development despite how much of a game changer it is

- Steam Input crashes lots when you load it with a lot of information

- Valve needs to be proactive about pestering devs to add anticheat support and work with them instead of "just check a box lol" which isn't enough

@gamingonlinux Hoping it's the 7040 series and not the 7045 series. 7045 would mean it has to be paired with a RDNA 3 7000 series mobile GPU which is delayed to summer.

Echoing the sentiment of others, this will keep at least two controllers of mine out of the landfill. Now let's hope the battery last cause when Gamers Nexus attempted to teardown the controller it did not give up without a long and arduous fight.

@gamingonlinux not at all, game is in a tragic state, I recommend to steer clear of this game. speaking as an early access player of the game, I have to say, LEGIT nothing got better with that game

@gamingonlinux I ordered a backplate for the Deck directly from their webpage the other day and I don’t think I’ve ever seen a ‘tip’ option in a manufacturer/hardware checkout before.
In the future im going to wait for an Amazon release just to keep a distance.
