Jacqueline's Trick is that yes you've filed a lot of bugs on codeberg, but now you're stuck being asked follow-up questions by me. i asked gpt what it thought of your article and it said 1: EFI system partition i should be able to enable approved followers only, but have an allowlist of instances that can follow without approval i should be able to do a lot of things on this web site. weird how it feels like there’s not really been a lot of changes in my time here? what’s that website boy up to exactly using linux will save u from microsoft recall, but only in the sense that microsoft's best engineers can't work out how to record your screen in wayland

@jacqueline @JoSuus Influential linux developers (I wont say good) work for MS and are trying to make Linux more Windozy and less Unixy (Embrace. Extend, Extinguish) so I bet they already have. I don’t use Linux either! @jacqueline it's called security. For the ones eating crayon at the back of the class: that's a feature. i think the real takeaway is that postgres devs aren’t fucking around when it comes to performance

@jacqueline roughly how long could you use listen to songs before running out of battery when using 3.5mm headhpones with bluetooth or wifi turned off? from the project description i wasn't sure if it was "24h of listening on 1 charge" or more on the order of 4 hours very cool project!

@jacqueline looks neat, I would totally get one of these if my fruit branded music player died. @jacqueline Extremely cool - I have a nano-scale version of this project in my backlog. I'm considering of using the mini touchpads from Blackberry phones in place of a clickwheel, but maybe I should be doing an in-PCB clickwheel too 🤔
i put up a shelf above my bed. i thought i could put plänt there, and maybe store some things. it may end up remaining empty however, as i’ve discovered that waking up and seeing this first thing is good for my mental health

@jacqueline my SIL's cat knocked a speaker of of a shelf like that and broke SIL's nose, so i recommend the shelf be reserved just for the cat. 🙂 |
@jacqueline but jacqueline don’t you know that you’re actually not supposed to fix bugs in your open source software anymore?
