@dansup overall looks great, but I'm not getting a dark mode option anymore (iOS 16.7.2, and my whole OS is set to dark mode)

@dansup you are a bit after where the feature is needed I think. We need a global feature for onboarding: as a user, I should be able to create an invite-link with predefined instance, predefined follow/blocklist, predefined hashtags, predefined filters. By giving this invite link people won't have to chose the instance also and will just have to subscribe and get a relevant timeline. Having just starter-packs after registration is too late. We need a starter pack for the whole onboarding IMHO

@dansup @pixelfed I hope for those bug-fixes, because this latest beta is horrible and mostly unusable.
By going to settings and want to change something in the profile app force closes without any traces in the logs.
No dark mode, no media download option, no gif playback stopping option, hashtag follow/unfollow doesn't work, no auto unhide media marked as CC and many, many more issues are present there. Such app state should be considered as an early alpha, instead of beta. Imho.

@pixelfed animated webp are now supported and that's what I was waiting for, keep it up
