@photos_floues @Feders_dub @chrisisgr8 Seems it *is* the whole EU though, it's their migration policy that's being taken to court https://www.front-lex.eu - it's the EU Commission's own program - https://www.euromedmonitor.org/en/article/5285/EU-Commission%E2%80%99s-intrusive-migrant-surveillance-program-is-unlawful,-dangerous - being a 'powerful progressive political entity' shouldn't make them immune to scrutiny; the EU's own border agency as a whole has been called to task for violating human rights. They're responsible for what their agency and their staff does.

The problems with Frontex are the responsibility of the EU, but they are in no way representative of EU policies.
On the other hand, that sort of behaviour is exactly in line with the political stances of the Italian, Hungarian or Polish governments, for instance.
