J'ai fait une demande RGPD à la CNIL il y a quelques mois, ils m'ont répondu, bien sûr, mais pour raisons de sécurité, il faut appeler un numéro pour obtenir le mot de passe pour le ZIP qui nous ai envoyé avec nos données. Ou le numéro ne répond pas, ou on me dit qu'on ne sait pas de quoi je parle ! Quatre tentatives, échouées, je n'ai toujours pas eu accès à mes données.
