- Lack of fullscreen photo preview
- Reblogged text-only posts without the option to disable their display (the switch disappeared from the settings)

How can we stop cropping these images in the feed view? Three versions or so ago it didn't do that. Especially now, when it takes two taps to open the post (2nd tap on a screen with slightly mis-sized icons)? I love Pixelfed and at the same time I'm sorry to say this is not an improvement in usability. #StopTheCrop

@pixelfed just installed the latest version and noticed a bug (Android 13, Nothing Phone (1)): every time I try to add an alt text, the keyboard pops up and closes immediately, so I'm not able to add alt text at all.

@pixelfed I really like the transparency promoted by this. Knowing I can peak behind the curtain and either adapt my expectations or make changes to what I’m following is lovely.

I was really getting frustrated with my feed being full of content I haven't been able to get rid of.

@pixelfed Is it possible to block/hide posts by hashtag or keyword yet?

Some of the accounts I follow publish a mix of very regular content (that I'm not interested in seeing) and occasional unique content (that I'm very much interested in seeing).

This is a very handy feature on (e.g.) Mastodon for peace of mind and feed management, and I've been hoping to see it on Pixelfed.

Unrelated to this bug, I unfollowed all hashtags for now.
It would be good to have a separate timeline for them.
Otherwise I don't see followed accounts between the noise anymore.

@pixelfed storage isn't free or unlimited. how do you fund the platform in a independent and sustainable way so it does not have to close in 3 months?

flickr had a limit of 1TB for free accounts (now it's 1000 images). are you really okay with people upload 2 or 5TB? maybe a payed account would be better long term (with first TB free)?

are you able to make sure the images will be available in 20 years, like flickr did?

@pixelfed 1.0.0.41 won't install. I noticed the file is now called "pixelfed-for-android-arm64-v1.0.0.41.apk", used to be "pixelfed-for-android-v1.0.0.39.apk". Does the app now require a specific architecture in order to work?
