@pixelfed can you make the .apk directly available in github so we can download and update it by using obtainium?  @pixelfed I hope each of these notifications will be opt-in from the app. If I get one notification I don’t want/expect from an app, I disable all notifications. Too many apps abuse the notification system.  @dansup overall looks great, but I'm not getting a dark mode option anymore (iOS 16.7.2, and my whole OS is set to dark mode) @dansup I'm missing the dark mode setting or can't find it at all!  @pixelfed I was curious about Pixelfed so I wanted to download it on my phone. Apparently the website only leads to a Google Play store link, and the code repository has no documentation nor built APKs. Unfortunate. Just building the pre-release APK for our eager beta testers on Discord and Matrix. What comes next Leveraging https://FediDB.org for community moderation and safety tools isn't a new idea. I look forward to prototyping this after Groups and the new app are released!  @dansup oh no this is going to mean yet another tool for deliberately isolating trans women... I hope you'll reconsider this but not holding my breath. |
