Firefox Nightly

Scroll to Text Fragment (i.e. #:~:text=…) has had poor accessibility and we’ve been slow to implement it, wanting a better solution. As of bugzil.la/1914877, Firefox now supports this feature, highlighting the range to assistive technologies to support better accessibility.

@FirefoxNightly I get everyone hating on LLMs, but this is an *experiment*, if it's found that people don't care, they might focus elsewhere.
@mozilla you might be able to increase user acceptance by pre-configuring quirky personalities and addibg an animated avatar that's then providing helpful advice if, e.g. I'm trying to write a letter.

@FirefoxNightly I quite like it. Not sure the pid needs to be there. Looking most forward to when PWA's are going to be added back to desktop and mobile.

In Fx120 we’re experimenting with Cookie Banner Blocking in Private windows for Firefox users in Germany. Firefox will auto-refuse cookies and dismiss annoying cookie banners for supported sites. We are looking to expand support for this soon.

@FirefoxNightly THANK YOU! For the default being auto refuse, not auto accept. I've seen the addons that do that and i think they're all mad! Why would i EVER accept everything?

@FirefoxNightly
Is there a list that shows the name of servers that currently support ECH at their end as well?

Alternatively is there a way to see if the current connection to a server is initiated via ECH?

We landed 2 WebRTC features that should help with video streaming quality for users with spotty internet connections: Uneven Level Protection Forward Error Correction (ULPFEC) and Redundancy (RED). See RFC 5109 for the gory details. bugzil.la/1852837
