Is there a list that shows the name of servers that currently support ECH at their end as well?

Alternatively is there a way to see if the current connection to a server is initiated via ECH?

@karnasubarna @FirefoxNightly for the first part it's a bit more complex than just upgrading caddy or nginx :
you need to get your domain dns zone signed by DNSSEC
AND to publish an HTTPS record for your ECH.
THEN firefox will start using ECH (if your web server supports it)
