@skobkin I have no idea. Really. I mean, let's roll back here a bit: in what UNIVERSE does having a phone number mean having 24/7 Friday night support ready? Call your local supermarket, why don't ya? Some local office of some nonsense company? They don't got support. They use their phone number to do business calls during business hours... What? The reasoning here is just incredible.
Then the fact they're calling me on my personal mobile phone over a 35€ internet contract which includes a phone number - which is the phone number of my company... which can be found on my company's website? You wouldn't need to be a genius to figure that one out, but I think we're going about this too rational.
They aren't trying to understand it, rather they are actively trying to weaponize their stupidity and incompetence to annoy me. The goal here isn't to be helpful or ask honest questions, the goal was simply to turn Erik Uden into a spectacle, which was entertaining for a while, but gets old really quick.

I hope you'll get rid of them ASAP and forget about it. It's not worth of your time and your peace of mind.
BTW, if they're using your instance, I'd set a deadline for them to move to another server. It's okay to not agree with someone, but threatening is another matter.
