@urusan @Tsutsuku @krishean @chrisisgr8 Well, The Brain built Chia-Earth in the late 1990s. Thankfully Pinky was more help than hindrance this time. So we need to build another Chia-Earth, I guess. Dammit--people don't buy newspapers anymore. It'll take forever to make another papier-mache planet. Never mind. @Tsutsuku @krishean @chrisisgr8 2026: Fungus party! Woo! I'm a' capture me some carbon. All. Post-Anthropocene Era. Long. @Tsutsuku @krishean @chrisisgr8 As Adams noted: “There is a theory which states that if ever anyone discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable. There is another theory which states that this has already happened.” @4d3fect @krishean @chrisisgr8 @Tsutsuku @4d3fect @krishean @chrisisgr8 It’s funny you say this. It’s what I’ve believed since I was a kid. I think my Catholic upbringing pushed me in that direction. I began to suspect the nuns in Catechism were full of it when I wanted to know how they knew the Virgin Mary was really a virgin. They told my mother that if I asked anymore questions, I’d be thrown out. That’s when I knew something was off. I was 8yrs old for chrissakes. @Aleggra @4d3fect @krishean @chrisisgr8 @Tsutsuku @krishean @chrisisgr8 No problem. Musky just discovered a new planet that supposedly has water or mud. He’s not sure, yet. If he takes all of his fans, wives, children and mistresses with him, we might have a state about the size of Rhode Island left completely empty 😏 @Aleggra @krishean @chrisisgr8 @Tsutsuku @krishean @chrisisgr8 2026: what if you had to find an alternative to this universe because it's in a false vacuum state @stonebear @Tsutsuku @krishean @chrisisgr8 whelp, I somehow didn't notice the pattern we were going for and now the whole thing is just completely ruined @winload_exe @chrisisgr8 irc is still around, that's still an option (and always will be) @krishean @chrisisgr8 I totally was shopping for a reference book this morning because I can't find anything with Google anymore. @SinbadTheSailor @krishean @chrisisgr8 What has gone wrong with Google? It's been absolutely useless lately. @TransitBiker @derickr @SinbadTheSailor @krishean @chrisisgr8 give it a whack on the side, it'll come good @chrisisgr8 @derickr @SinbadTheSailor @krishean Not even limited to Google, that's all of 'em. @derickr @SinbadTheSailor @krishean @chrisisgr8 SEO workers are the worst kind of information pervert I've ever heard of. Politicians' spin-doctors are nothing in comparison. @derickr @SinbadTheSailor @krishean @chrisisgr8 I always guess it is: SEO to the point of no return, as well as the need to show ads constantly @derickr @SinbadTheSailor @krishean @chrisisgr8 @SinbadTheSailor @krishean @chrisisgr8 @atzanteol @SinbadTheSailor @krishean @chrisisgr8 Amazon's been like that for ages of course and now ebay is going the same way. @krishean @chrisisgr8 welcome to the 1980s my friend, itll be like back to the future but ass backwards instead @krishean @chrisisgr8 Can you imagine a world without the Internet? *shudder* (I use it too much, so don't think I'm not criticising myself.) @krishean @chrisisgr8 we'll activate the Contingency. it hasn't come to that just yet though. so don't worry.
