@nathan i’m really sorry to hear this. while i understand why you’re decision was controversial, i don’t agree with the hate you were getting. before i first joined back in april of last year i had pretty much given up on all social media. this place gave me a lot of confidence to talk to random people again and i will cherish it always and will always be thankful for you for creating and maintaining this place. i respect your decision and hope you the best in the future 💕💕💕

@nathan wow this is so similar to what happened to me back in december. welsh pixie from mastodon.art got super mad at me over a blog post. called me the very same things. even though I'm actually at the demos where we counter the right wing groups in Sweden, even though I'm actually at the pride festivals and camps with all my trans friends. they don't know us, they just think they know us based on some online posts. I almost threw in the towel myself at that point.
