@allenstenhaus @nathan thank you, i need suggestions. i’m honestly stressed reading this news and that you can’t even transfer your old posts. this learning curve already sucks and now i kinda just wanna delete it altogether instead of dealing with this @mothboss93 @nathan It would be nice to see migration improvements down the road. While I have enough experience with it now that it seems simple, it can feel quite overwhelming the first time, especially given its limitations. Sadly, the federated nature of Mastodon is simultaneously its greatest strength & greatest weakness. But then, all platforms have their pros & cons. It's just a matter of finding what works best for us. Best of luck to you! |
