Very sympathetic to your situation… When the place I work for put out its app in beta and invited just the other departments staff to comment, it took them months to integrate all the notes and fixes.

@ivory Your subscription model is unrealistic. With Twitter, you had a core group of customers who weren’t looking to switch when you changed payment methods, but starting from scratch (in terms of customers) there’s no way to pick up enough new subscriptions. Please consider a different purchase model! Companies like scrivener and sublime text have a fantastic business model (perpetual license per major upgrade)
