@gamingonlinux Would it be too much to ask to return to basic DOOM gameplay instead of the lockdown rooms, monster piñatas, boring story and exposition, and pointless upgrade systems from the last two games? Because I really didn't like those. I wish they'd give us basic, no frills rip and tear again like the old games with pretty new graphics and crazy new weapons.

I'm sure that's too much to ask.

I kinda just feel like there are enough civilization games already, but I suppose we'll see if they manage to reinvent gameplay as much as they did from civ4 to 5 (remember pre-hexagonal maps?), and from 5 to 6 (remember pre-district mechanics?)

@gamingonlinux problem with new civ game releases is I know I'm not getting a full game. I'm getting like 1/20th of a game and have to fork over another $150 (if on sale) for the complete experience. Just not worth it.

Also Civ 2 is goated.

one note was about preparing the disk to the installation, on how to clear the disk with `dd`

it just cleared the data header of luks, and since that day I learned to always have backup of the luks headers
