Dominic Allen is an extremely talented keeper. @Gargron while I always leave development to experts Iβm scanning the negatives on my own. Itβs easier than you think and the quality (both by full-frame dslr and by negative scanner) is much better than one would expect diy The fact that you can follow the president of the United States (@potus) from your Mastodon account instead of being forced to have an X or Threads account for it is a huge W in my book. Of course our team is fully available to help if they'd want to set up Mastodon on whitehouse.gov. I believe governments should not rely on 3rd party platforms to connect with their constituents.

It does! Reminds me of a photo I took of the bike of similar vintage that got me around the Irish village I was living in for several months. A kind of fond farewell and thanks for excellent companionship.

  @Gargron I've been scanning old family pictures and this has very strong 'family trip in 1974' energy. π We've updated the rules of our flagship server mastodon.social today. Most are the same with some clarifications, but one rule is new: Content created by others must be attributed, and use of AI must be disclosed. Profiles that only post AI-generated content will not be tolerated.

  We've rolled out a new feature on mastodon.social. You now have access to notification settings and can decide who you want to get notifications from. Everyone else will be put into notification requests you can peruse separately. There's a fresh coat of paint as well!

  @Gargron Being able to mute or filter posts that exceed 500 characters would be great. Search is not good because it returns too many dissertations.
