#keto spicy tuna "melt". I mix canned tuna with mayo, brown mustard, red wine vinegar, chopped cucumbers, jalapeno, dill pickles, salt, pepper, and basil. Then I toss it in a hot skillet to brown a bit. Just before it comes out of the pan I'll add some cheese (today's was a Mexican blend). I serve it with celery sticks for some yummy crunch. Today's version also got topped by heaping amounts of alfalfa sprouts. Nom nom nom! @tomasino you are a maximally wonderful person and I really appreciate your musing influence! @tomasino nice to see you in my timeline! #Solarpunk sounds like an amazing movement and I'm curious to learn more about it. @tomasino I'm a bit perplexed by the poll questions, to be honest, or maybe I'm just a dinosaur. I've been doing these "small" things since it was just the Internet, and simply haven't stopped. It's not nostalgia, but there's definitely an irritation with the bloat and centralisation that has appeared in the meantime. It's more a feeling that the Internet has gone in a direction that I don't like and have avoided and I am glad that there are other people who feel the same way. @tomasino Do things like small older webforums count in the "small communities" bucket? I'm not super familiar with the examples given. |
@tomasino Unfortunately keyboard smashing to indicate exasperation on #Dvorak fails, because it looks too much like you're trying to type actual words but failing.
