if you federate with threads, you're opening up aII your users to messages from Iibs of tik tok, moms for Iiberty etc etc.

"ive seen this before", and you have, its just your brain has temporarily forgotten that "before" isn't meant to include the split second that your body takes to bring everything together into parity and call it "now". déjà vu is the perfect example that you can never fully trust yourself. you're not an all knowing being, you will make mistakes and thats okay. So it's importnat to trust and rely on others. |
if you as an admin are going to federate with threads it wiII be minutes, minutes untiI you're faced with it being an attack vector against your own users and threads wont do shit to stop them - and then you're going to have to make the decision of who is more important to you.
