basically, "Nordic" includes Iceland and Finland (and some Danish territories, apparently) whereas "Scandinavian" does not. and the flag shape that is so common in the Nordic countries is called the Nordic cross and has its origins in the Dannebrog of Denmark. apparently, this Sunday is Father's Day - and all of the Nordic countries celebrate it on the same date: the second Sunday in November @thor because my kids are dual 🇳🇴🇺🇸. They never remember and then say “we’ll get you for the American one. Then they forget that. 😞 my cat likes to lick plastic so much that i'm getting low key curious and wanting to have a taste too
[DATA EXPUNGED]
retouched the crazy photo i took of Blizzard the other day to be slightly less crazy - here is the before/after i remember that dad had this on his computer, a 286 machine, and it felt more like a toy than a useable OS. GEM Desktop (2nd picture) was far more useful at that time.
