Three daughters of #MalcolmX have filed a $100 million #WrongfulDeath#lawsuit against the #CIA , #FBI, and #NYPD , accusing the agencies of involvement in the 1965 #assassination of the #CivilRights leader and of concealing their roles. The lawsuit, filed on Friday, alleges that a coordinated effort between government agencies and Malcolm X’s assassins enabled the killing and that evidence of their involvement was actively hidden for decades.
Malcolm X, born Malcolm Little and later known as el-Hajj Malik el-Shabazz, was fatally shot on February 21, 1965, as he began speaking at the Audubon Ballroom in Harlem, New York. The lawsuit claims law enforcement actions contributed to his vulnerability, including the NYPD’s arrest of his security detail days prior and the removal of officers from the venue during the event. The court filing also asserts that undercover agents from federal agencies were present at the ballroom but failed to intervene during the attack.

Hemos venido lidiando con un problema de estabilidad en nuestro servidor XMPP desde hace algunos días, así que si experimentan cualquier inconveniente de conectividad, por favor, avísennos vía correo (support@) o en el Fedi.
Pensamos que, de momento, el problema está contenido pero podría ser que no.
Sospechamos que tiene que ver con la inundación de stanzas de presencia (fragmentos de XML que definen si una persona usuaria está en línea o no) de ciertas salas cuando estas están puenteadas a Matrix vía Bifrost. Especialmente con salas grandes de Matrix infladas con miles de usuarios inactivos (pero presentes en la sala). Parece ser peor cuando, además, la sala está puenteada a Telegram y otros.
Así que avísennos si las cosas se ponen raras, estamos vigilando y esperamos encontrar alguna solución la semana que viene si el problema vuelve a aparecer.

@disroot_es excelente que encontraron el problema. En lo personal, #Matrix no me agrada para nada, no es una opción por todo lo que hay detrás con el tema Israelí pero sobre todo éstos problemas técnicos. Aguante #XMPP 👍

So there seems to be a lot of activism over at Bluesky which revolves around crowd funding for people in Gaza, so I wanted to try and see if I can make a difference. I'm try and boost individual gofundmes until their GoFundMe goals are met. The first person that I want to help is a lovely woman named Isra. Isra lost six of her siblings, her parents and 12 of her nephews and nieces. Here is a link to her GoFundMe, please boost it and give if you can:
