Этакий бред преследования, но только касающийся не самого пациента, а окружающих. (for portability) and i get out my stenographic 0123456789ABCDEF keypad. I set my stopwatch: 8,736 hours. then I begin typing. i finish exactly 5 minutes and 73 milliseconds early. upload to steam and immediately hit number 1 top seller - never need to run the program really  Минусы: нажрал обратно щеки. Это же просто отговорка для публики, чтобы попытки клянчить больше власти над этой публикой не выглядели совсем уж нагло (из той же оперы, что "мы не напали, мы превентивно защищаемся"). И на уровне конкретных исполнителей это или враньё, или авторитет начальства, никакой психопатологии.
Причём механизмы для выявления таких ситуаций даже есть (ОРВ, кажется?), просто их работу стало некому контролировать, всем пофиг.
