@SylvieLorxu 70K users is a lot... I expected that a lot of people get their apps from there. In Belgium a law was passed that required influencers and such also to put their personal information on their profile. They feared for harrassement etc. In the end, they united and had some non-profit which played MITM to avoid disclosing their personal info. Not sure if that's an option. @dylanvanassche @SylvieLorxu this is a great solution, but it'd be hard to connect all the impacted devs and build that trust this quick |
@dylanvanassche It would mean taking updates away from 70k users and make basic privacy harder to find for many so it sucks. Definitely going to need to consider it if Google keeps being this abusive...
