 @christopherbrown nice and jealous!! We don’t have any 70mm imax theatres here I’m sure it will still be quite the experience, but I wish I could see it in 70mm! You have to go, they are saying it’s the movie of the century. Also if you read this and do go, you are hereby obligated to tell me how it was!! 2 comments
 @dansup My 2¢ on #Oppenheimer #IMAX 70mm: Nice to have if you can get it, but not necessary to enjoy the film as the use of B&W vs color also has the same effect as a storytelling device as changes in aspect ratio. It was cool to have some scenes fill the screen, but I am unsure if it would detract from enjoyment with a single aspect ratio. |
