@yura Actually, yes it is, boot sequence was set to prioritise USB but windows used "fast boot" to ignore usb boot

Disable fast startup in windows old control panel power settings. And tell me if it helps. @yura Yes, it helped at least to fix boot sequence so it actually is fine for me as linux user

Bootloader trusting more than user is a disaster to humanity (though I guess force reboot by holding power button is also capable of stopping fast boot sequence, but instead of testing that I will install linux after relatives will backup files they need from current install) @untsuki windows fast startup is a disaster. If any weird problems with PC, disable windows fast startup (and delete avast antivirus)
