@yura Yes, it helped at least to fix boot sequence so it actually is fine for me as linux user

Bootloader trusting more than user is a disaster to humanity (though I guess force reboot by holding power button is also capable of stopping fast boot sequence, but instead of testing that I will install linux after relatives will backup files they need from current install) @untsuki windows fast startup is a disaster. If any weird problems with PC, disable windows fast startup (and delete avast antivirus)

Disable fast startup in windows old control panel power settings. And tell me if it helps.
