@davidrevoy I never read the Pepper&Carrot comic and familiar with the characters only from the illustrations 🤷♀️ New episodes of Pepper&Carrot are still releases, but when will the end be? @Pixel_Lime Thanks for discovering the series! @davidrevoy Yeah, looking at illustrations from old to new, I see that the girl has become more mature, the story also maybe became more serious and more dramatic (perhaps) 🤔 @Pixel_Lime True, the story/style shift in a very organic way; I'm not planning all that. It only follows what I have at heart when I create the next episode. Probably a disaster on a marketing point of view 😅   @davidrevoy that was harsh — and good. Being only used for your skills but not actually receiving empathy or compassion. However that this just happens after an elder witch of Chaosah leaves in disappointment looks much like the old witch had a hand in this. Maybe juts with her words? I like it. A lot. And I like what you are realizing with Pepper & Carrot — how you are searching for ways to really do things right. And I’m glad that I can contribute a small part to enable you to keep moving. @ArneBab Thanks. I had a revision of the story where the monster screaming was directly connected to an action of Cayenne. But then, it was hard to hide this to Pepper, and Pepper could see in that a direct sabotage. I preferred to disconnect the two. Thanks for your words and your support again! @davidrevoy 10 years later: Pepper: „When you found me with the Phoenix tears, how did you turn the monster?“ Cayenne: „I did not. Your anger did.“ Pepper: „My anger … you played me!“ Cayenne: „You played yourself. I just gave you the mirror to see. Also I don’t need to use my strength when yours is so readily available.“ Pepper: „You … ! Thank you. You still played me.“ @davidrevoy Nice monster. The bones in front of him look thoroughly gnawed, as if he were tasting chicken😆

@davidrevoy C'est la première fois qu'elle tutoie une de ses marraines, il me semble. Est-ce que c'est accidentel ou bien y a-t-il une signification ? @stemy Hey! Oui, je ne sais pas si c'est exactement la première (ça m'étonnerai pas que j'ai déjà usé de cette provocation de la part de Pepper), mais en tout cas, c'est intentionel ici: un mélange entre avoir un égo surdimensionné (confiance dans son nouveau role de Guérisseuse) et de provocation/mépris.   @tennoseremel Ha, good, a big part of my passion for fantasy comes from the JRPG of the SNES; Secret of Mana, Link to the Past and Chrono Trigger. 🙂   @davidrevoy Pepper's really moved from being a Magrat to a Tiffany Aching in these stories.
