@healyn A lot of the measures seem like the government flailing its arms around to make the impression of doing something Most importantly I think people would've tolerated a complete lockdown for 4 weeks to put a complete stop to the virus, but now that we've had these semi-measures for more than a year with little to show for it, people begin to stop caring @Gargron nobody knew how it spread at first, then it became some garbage "culture war" bullshit. seems like it's clear masks are make a huge difference, but this is something that largely spreads when people are indoors with each other, especially in places that don't have good ventilation systems |
@Gargron the outdoor restrictions are just kinda dumb at this point. not saying there should be packed outdoor concerts, but covid hasn't been spread by people walking by each other on a sidewalk
