@dnsprincess Firefox when I'm on my laptop, safari on phone.

yeeter :autism:

@dnsprincess I use Brave since I like chromium but with some privacy. I would use Firefox but the Brave look is good for me. Once Manifest V3 drops, I'll probably switch to Firefox!

Monica Cellio

@dnsprincess no multi-select, so: Chrome, Firefox, Brave, for different things. Safari when I need to test something on a completely generic browser (I've made no modifications there).

SnidelyWhiplash

@dnsprincess I recently switched to Opera GX on my phone and PC, and it’s become my favorite. I was using Chrome and Firefox before.

Warren Gallagher

@dnsprincess I use three browsers for different things. Chrome, Firefox and Safari.

J709

@dnsprincess Firefox enthusiast here, but do use Chrome for work

Athos

@dnsprincess vivaldi on personal laptop, edge on corporate, samsung internet on android

KiwiRed

@dnsprincess Firefox for personal stuff, Vivaldi for work, and Edge on my PC for transient stuff (usually gaming-related).

Maggie

@dnsprincess if you use brave! stop! its owned by cryptoshill homophobes

bea :verified:

@dnsprincess chocada que firefox tá ganhando jurei que ngm usava

Jeff MacKinnon

@dnsprincess #Vivaldi on my laptop and desktop, Safari on my fruit phone.

Kya Kath

@dnsprincess Mainly OperaGX, uses firefox for when I need a lighter browser for VR or so, Chrome I usually avoid unless I need live captioning, though Windows 11, Google Pixel 6, and the iPad (since iPadOS 16.1) all have live captioning built-in now.

WEBmadman

@dnsprincess I voted Firefox, it is my main browser, but I also use LibreWolf.

Robert Fairhead

@dnsprincess, Chrome and Firefox on separate screens.

Sheepman (He/Him)

@dnsprincess Vivaldi! All the way! I love Firefox, but the UI has become more of a hindrance than anything. FOSS forever, except for when it keeps me from getting actual work done.

Mr.Generation

@dnsprincess I'm running several browsers during my normal daily interaction. So I picked my most used for you. 🙏

jeffhorowitzNJ

@dnsprincess i could only pick one, so picked brave, which is my primary. Also use edge some, and very occasionally chrome.

On my work computer, I use Edge & Chrome.

Pete Orrall

@dnsprincess I primarily use Firefox but text-based browsers like w3m get their fair share of use too.

Antelopelabs

@dnsprincess edge is a great browser once you get past the startup nonsense

Paranoid Factoid

@dnsprincess Firefox on Linux and Android. Because ublock origin.

Full Metal Accountant

@dnsprincess Switched to Edge at office at IT suggestion. Unfortunately, payroll site has stopped playing nicely so I have to use Firefox or Opera for that.

chaos / genders

@dnsprincess I use Firefox and Safari! Wish Opera didn't give up and switch to Blink; they'd likely still be my main browser. 😔

db

@dnsprincess Arc byt browser company. Fresh and awesome!

pizza

@dnsprincess how that they/them pssy taste, bbg. Murder all fggits

John in WA

@dnsprincess on laptops I am using Vivaldi and Opera on iPad and iPhone. Vivaldi is from the same development group as Opera, and while they have a version for Android, they don’t (yet) have a version for iOS.

Chip

@dnsprincess I was using Vivaldi until very recently. The whole Manifest v3 thing got me to switch to Firefox.

Stryter

@dnsprincess I use @Vivaldi as my daily driver and Edge browser for some other dev-related tasks

Bruce Heerssen

@DrewNaylor @dnsprincess Mozilla has been fighting the good fight from the very beginning and deserves our support.

Moved to cawfee.club

@dnsprincess Dang, I personally use Firefox on my desktop and Brave on my phone, but I have to use Chrome on my school sites because some of them refuse to work on other browsers.

Millicent

@dnsprincess
Arc is very cool, and I can play with the colors all day which is a fun new form of distraction

Arctic

@dnsprincess currently firefox on desktop and orion on my phone

HartKnight 🔥➡️🇺🇸

@dnsprincess I used to use Firefox and Chrome, but now I use Opera.

Joni 🏳️‍⚧️

@dnsprincess Vivaldi! I think it’s developed by former Opera devs? It’s super customizable and includes built-in ad and tracker blocking, even on Android (no iOS port, sadly). Chromium engine. I practically abuse the tab stack feature.

Michael T. Richter

@dnsprincess I use four different browsers, so can't really meaningfully vote here.

StaneDonnie

@dnsprincess A uise the Firefox stravaiger acause it’s in the Scots leid

Nicky

@dnsprincess I use Yandex.Browser, and it’s beautiful for Russia segment actually. Don’t know about other countries, but for me - it’s better than other browsers.

Terry O'Gara

@dnsprincess You can only vote for one? Devs often use multiple browsers, and many professionals use one browser for work and another for personal. Currently use Chrome, Firefox, Firefox Dev Edition, Edge, Safari, Tor. Loved Opera ten(?) years ago but then they erased my entire history during a version shift, and for reason I don't quite understand to this day.

Isaac Gozzo :verified:

@dnsprincess for me, it all depends on what purpose I'm going into the web for. If it's just social activity, my day-to-day I use #Chrome. For gov sites like tax, migration, social wealth dept, apostille, etc I use #Firefox. Crypto I use #Brave. And anything dark web, IT Security research, or similar #Tor.

Matt 😎

@dnsprincess You forgot Safari, which has a huge mobile market share.

Roll Xd6

@dnsprincess Vivaldi + Sleipnir!

Edge as a backup, Chrome for some tricky sites developed by people that assume Chrome is the reference browser

kokocijo

@dnsprincess Vivaldi!
I used to be Firefox all the way, but I fell in love with the Vivaldi browser a couple years ago, and haven't looked back.

BasicIsaac

@dnsprincess DuckDuckGo on iOS. Don’t need to receive ads about the stuff I’m searching.

Zootsoot123

@dnsprincess I got a new laptop that seems possessed by Microsoft at assembly. So Bing opens automatically on my machine…then I close it and move to Chrome.

Zelda1101

@dnsprincess
I do use Edge some because of the rewards program. Yes, I will "use" Edge if and only if you pay me.

Notavi

@dnsprincess This could have benefited from being Multiple Choice, it's not uncommon for me to have Firefox and Chrome open at the same time (and occasionally Brave as well).

Or maybe I'm just crazy - that's also a possibility.

Pithy and Civil

@dnsprincess I use Chrome and Opera in my laptop and Brave on my android. Love Brave.

mari :420:

@dnsprincess
I hate Chrome and ChromeOS :feelsblobman:

JetpackGG

@dnsprincess I use Edge more recently. I liked it originally with the original Chromium beta build but fell out with the browser over time for OperaGX and Brave. Came back to it after a TikTok showed how far along the browser's come and decided to try it again! Definitely a much better experience than what I remembered!

just adrienne

@dnsprincess Vivaldi! (Which is a Chromium-based browser, but with some awesome extras and a privacy focus)

John Cholewa

@dnsprincess Vivaldi, which is more a successor to Opera than current Opera, imo.
