@moshtodon @TheBreadmonkey I fired up a fairly vanilla copy of Chrome. This is what I got. 🤷‍♂️

Results of Googling "john wick 5" just now in a copy of Chrome with only Privacy Badger. Location: Melbourne. Too much busyness to describe fully but it has many features in common with the Reddit screenshot.
