@ritualdust yea that's what I'm hoping for, for some idea of how often I feel a certain way, to see if there's a pattern. I don't know if I'll stick to it, but we'll see.

@rek @ritualdust I've been doing something similar since 2020 and I would recommend tracking other things that could be affecting mood like sleep, food, maybe even factor in weather data. you'll see patterns eventually :)
