@sourcerer I was thinking about meditation after this experience. I wish I could feel this more often, as my life quality would surely improve. Have you experience with it?

@stefano To be more clear i will get example. One session i had a feeling that "someone is touching my top of head" ... Christian would say that this is god / angel itself who touch Your head, but in reality it just a feeling ... that's why i do not like interpreting stuff i feel of experience @sourcerer I perfectly understand what you mean, and thank you for your advices.I see meditation as a state of mind, totally out of any religious of philosophical meanings, a way to generate specific brain waves and let us feel in peace @stefano Me too. At the beginning i just recommend leave everything behind. I remember many years ago, when i started i meditated only to experience once again the same ... i found disappointment, and these experiences are things that we can enjoy in present and when there are already in this moment... but we need to let them also go. |
@stefano Yes, but we shouldn't get attached to this feeling. Enjoy it while it's there, but don't wait for it.
Let it go.
Back to my 'experience', i use breathing techniques from Osho's "book of secrets" - i think there may be better books (osho is typical 'guru' so ... You know, i don't like promote stuff like this) ...

This man had nice example of great book but ... i never read that book, the pros however is - it is recommended by a guy who is a doctor and have experience too.
I personally do not treat meditation as something mystical, i prefer explanation in form of science.
