@Chaotica -- Yes, because they will replace POC with white people every time. Being at the table means you can advocate and voice those concerns. What the boardrooms at corporations look like today is the result of the boycott group, leaving places of corrupted power to express some moral outrage and protest, where those voices of agitation were replaced with voices of acquiescence.
That doesn't help the people that aren't allowed to sit at the table. It is quite the opposite.
