@Chaotica -- Yes, because they will replace POC with white people every time. Being at the table means you can advocate and voice those concerns. What the boardrooms at corporations look like today is the result of the boycott group, leaving places of corrupted power to express some moral outrage and protest, where those voices of agitation were replaced with voices of acquiescence. @Chaotica -- When you play chess, you don't win by taking your own pieces off the board. You getting up and walking out is exactly what they want you to do. You've given up any power and given it all over to the people you disagree with. |
