Day 13: Shoal Bay, Johnstone Strait -> Forward Harbor, Johnstone Strait Day 14: Forward Harbor, Johnstone Strait -> Port Neville, Johnstone Strait @neauoire Wow! You two have been making such regular progress. ^__^ @tty it has been many long and exhausting days. We're looking forward for a few days of calm weather that we can stay put and relax. It's nice to see the waypoints on a map like this <3 Day 15: Port Neville, Johnstone Strait -> Telegraph Cove, Johnstone Strait @neauoire Is that strait particularly busy? On my OSM map I see many ferry lines! @tty It's an artery for people transiting to the north of BC. There's ferries, cruise ships, and lots of tugs pulling log booms. Day 16: Telegraph Cove, Johnstone Strait -> Port McNeill, Queen Charlotte Strait @neauoire Congrats y'all! Almost out to the open ocean. 🌊 @tty last stop before we leave vancouver island to explore northern BC! Day 17: Port McNeill, Queen Charlotte Strait -> Millbrook, Central Coast Day 20: Millbrook, Central Coast -> Fury Cove, Central Coast Day 23: Fury Cove, Central Coast -> Codville, Central Coast @neauoire I'm having a much harder time finding these locations as y'all get further out! Couldn't find Millbrook or Fury Cove (just Fury Island). @tty Fury Cove is is to the west of Penrose island, could it be the same thing as Fury Island? Fury is at 51'29.275N, 127'45.506W Millbrooke is at 51'19.644N, 127'44.179W Day 24: Codville, Central Coast -> Lizzy Cove, Bella Bella Day 25: Lizzy Cove, Bella Bella -> Higgins, Price Island Day 27: Bone, Princess Royal -> Patterson, North Coast Day 28: Patterson, North Coast -> Captain Cove, Petrel Channel Day 29: Captain Cove, Petrel Channel -> Prince Rupert "THE WINDMILLS OF THE BARBEROY!!" @neauoire Prince Rupert looks like a pretty big "city" compared to the areas you've been through lately! I'm working hard to find some of these locations -- some are tough for me! @tty yeah! It's the first time we walk on solid ground since Port McNeil, it's nice. |
@neauoire woahhh, such an amazing view that comes across my timeline. Thanks for sharing, I hope you enjoy it as much as I dream of it :)
