@gamingonlinux Achievements get disabled without EAC as well, so it affects campaign players too.

@gamingonlinux I had this problem on both my desktop (running Steam on Silverblue) and Steam Deck...

And found a solution:

Remove the prefix. Launch again and it'll build a new prefix and it'll work again.

This fixed it on my desktop and Steam Deck. Protontricks can find the prefix.

It feels like they usually goof up these Halo updates. 🫤

My wild guess is that it needs a newer version of something (probably EAC?) and it isn't updated? But redoing the prefix sets up the latest version? 🤷

I am a fanboy of the universe since the 90s and to be honest it looks amazing... but since MK11 was unplayable on Linux and the pricing is just rediculous i am realy hesitant to give this a chance at all.

@gamingonlinux Skyrim was nothing but trouble on PS3. It had a bug where the larger the save file got, the worse it lagged until it was unplayable. Never fixed. Yes, still bitter.
