This is because they've set the "Steam Deck" option on their content, which then makes it only available to Steam Deck. Untick it for Steam Deck. Example, this makes the Linux content depot *only* downloadable on Steam Deck. As I understand, the idea is so developers can give special changes just for Steam Deck, but the messaging for devs seems unclear so people keep tagging it thinking that makes it available. @gamingonlinux so... they don't test their game on the platforms they wish to support?
