I've had the perfect domain name for almost a year now, but I can't find the right blogging platform, or discover if it's worth the faff to get it all set up.

@Heliograph okay but prisms are akshually cruel and unusual punishment for light. Prisms break down an otherwise holistically healthy beam of light, break it down so hard it's fractured -- fractured! -- into all the delicate components of itself, forever changed by the ordeal.

I say ABOLISH PRISMS!!

edit: this is ignoring the horrific effects of dihidrogen-oxide -- which is EVERYWHERE -- on innocent photons

@Heliograph My 1960’s high school required boys to take shop (girls took home ec) including a term of print shop. The first week included memorizing the lower case layout. Later we locked a page, inked the platen, and printed.
