#CasioCult, does anyone own a G-Shock DW-H5600 and have opinions about it? I'm currently quite happy with the features my Fossil HR Hybrid smartwatch provides, but I absolutely love the looks of G-Shock squares. I think I'd miss those features if I got a GW-M5610. π€ How does the battery hold up? Is the accuracy of the sensors really *that* bad? Does the exterior case fall off when you smash it too hard? There's not much information out there...

@garritfra interestingly since I couldn't remember the last breaking change I thought I was hallucinating in a recent conversation; turns out the current release is just that old and the previous that much older haha

We got a 100 W #solar panel and battery pack for our summer camping trips. Right now it's mildly sunny, I'm charging my phone with 20 W and there's 15 W left to charge up the battery. Neat! π±π

Radagon and Elden Beast are taking the rest of me. They're absolutely brutal bosses. I've spent the last 5 days glued to the TV leveling up, refining my build, researching strategies and practicing their ridiculous movesets. Really looking forward to the day I finally beat these guys.

@garritfra My first playthrough I went βonlineβ and summoned two other real players for those bosses. Just couldnβt handle smashing my head against a wall for so long lol

@garritfra it took me 4 or 5 attempts. Elden Blob is a pain, but I eventually got it done with my mimic using blasphemous blade for survivability and myself having switched to physical dmg when it appeared (1st boss needed fire afair). You've got to rush the EB, don't let it get away, otherwise it'll nuke you.

I'm no expert in #UI and #UX #design, but here's something that bothers me about Slack. Why are there two menu bars for semingly related items? What makes unread messages ("Ungelesenes") and threads so special that it couldn't fit in the left sidebar (or vice verca), alongside the messages I saved for later? More often than not I was looking for a menu item and had to look again in the other menu to find it. This used to be better in the previous version of slack.

@garritfra yes. And the same is true for "self driving taxis". People in India remote-controlling on average 5 taxis to get them out of pickles. Without a US drivers license, obviously.
