 #CasioCult, does anyone own a G-Shock DW-H5600 and have opinions about it? I'm currently quite happy with the features my Fossil HR Hybrid smartwatch provides, but I absolutely love the looks of G-Shock squares. I think I'd miss those features if I got a GW-M5610. π€ How does the battery hold up? Is the accuracy of the sensors really *that* bad? Does the exterior case fall off when you smash it too hard? There's not much information out there...  Fun fact: #Vite (Next Generation Frontend Toolingβ’οΈ) releases one or more breaking changes every 271,5 days on average. @garritfra interestingly since I couldn't remember the last breaking change I thought I was hallucinating in a recent conversation; turns out the current release is just that old and the previous that much older haha Compare that to #Webpack, which has the same number of major releases, and we're looking at 606,25 days for a new release on average. In my last job it was often more than one hour. π Encountered a fun little bug at work that I thought is worth sharing. Beware of Base64 encoded strings: My analytics just went wild. This apparently made it to the top of Hacker News. π @garritfra I mean, it's right there: ``` Unless you are on MacOS, then base64 doesn't have a default line wrapping. =) We got a 100 W #solar panel and battery pack for our summer camping trips. Right now it's mildly sunny, I'm charging my phone with 20 W and there's 15 W left to charge up the battery. Neat! π±π The sun just came out. I'm now charging my Powerbank, PS4 controller and my phone while having 20 W left for the battery. Elden Blob is a pain, but I eventually got it done with my mimic using blasphemous blade for survivability and myself having switched to physical dmg when it appeared (1st boss needed fire afair). You've got to rush the EB, don't let it get away, otherwise it'll nuke you. I DID IT! The Age of Stars is upon us. What an incredible game. Why are there two menu bars for semingly related items? What makes unread messages ("Ungelesenes") and threads so special that it couldn't fit in the left sidebar (or vice verca), alongside the messages I saved for later? More often than not I was looking for a menu item and had to look again in the other menu to find it. This used to be better in the previous version of slack. Finally caught up with my month-long backlog of unread articles. Now it's time to go through my read later list. #RSS for the win!
