@ActionRetro I have Ubuntu 20.04 LTS on a 2008 Mac Pro and it's a fantastic server and workstation. RAID10 across 4x 2TB drives, 24GB of memory, 1x 4core Xeon E5462 @ 2.8Ghz. And it was free!

Having said that its probably more powerful than the laptop my current company gave me.
