It is! Indeed, I was just thinking how grateful I am that it's just rain around here, after reading about spring snow nearby!  Today's soundtrack was by the glorious Revolutionary Army of the Infant Jesus. Nocturnes might not be their best album. I tend to call it urban poetry. Because it is about place. And the approach is poetic. I do not look for "stories". I aim at the sublime, rather than the subtle. Even if I very rarely succeed. Once in a while you just know, though. This one I seem to remember was one of those. Even if it's hard to pinpoint exactly what it is about it, I knew I had what I wanted.
