@kayb @arnfinnp from my knowledge the phenomenon of mansplaining was coined in relation to cis men, yes.
also, there are hardly any (if at all?) podcasts of two trans men talking to each other (in case you know some - let me know :)) So the statement - in my reading - relates to cis men, which is why I would add this
