Keeping people informed, safe and supported are important core values for Pixelfed. We will be rolling out labels to posts related to COVID-19. The labels will contain a link to reputable heath organizations including the World Heath Organization. Admins will be able to set a custom link for regional heath organizations or use the default WHO link. Admins will be able to disable this feature, it will be enabled by default. You may see the page indicating the action you just performed was flagged as suspicious until a human can review it. Please don't be offended or take it personally! Pixelfed Labs will be sunset on June 14, 2021. We learned a lot from Labs experiments and will focus our efforts on mobile apps, improving federation and core feature development. Happy New Year 🥳 We are preparing to release the next version that includes several new features and improvements. I would love to try this, but all the images I have found haven't been updated since the beginning of the year. YSK: We moved the compose button, we did not remove the ability to post from web browsers (and never will).  @pixelfed it doesn't work on mobile anymore though. Not sure if that was on purpose or not. The "New Post" link doesn't work after clicking the compose button. One more thing. We are overhauling comments/replies. We shipped some improvements recently and are working to resolve threading issue so you don't miss any comments on your posts! You can now apply a generic content warning to comments/replies! We're working on custom content warning support.  @pixelfed Would it be possible to retroactively add location to already existing posts? Or is it technically not possible?

It's disabled by default, to enable public discover on your :pixelfed: instance, update to the latest commits and add `INSTANCE_DISCOVER_PUBLIC=true` to your .env file.
