He's OK with me moving around in the nearby kitchen and with me taking his photo — but I imagine he'd bolt if I tried to use that microwave. Last night I waited a couple hours to have those leftovers, waiting until he moved. Tennessee, in one of his favorite places when I'm not in bed: right up against my pillows. #Caturday #CatsOfMastodon This photo of Tennessee may not look like much — but this was taken from me, standing in my kitchen, looking at him in the dining room not far away. He used to run away from me if he saw me (or sensed me) outside of my bedroom (where he's a cuddle monster), so this is a bit of a breakthrough. #CatsOfMastodon I was mildly interested in seeing the sneakers Trump is hawking, so I went to GetTrumpSneakers.com (no link, on purpose) in Firefox — forgetting I’d installed the Make America Kittens Again extension. Usually that means he's seen another cat — or a raccoon, a skunk, etc. I hope no poor creature has been out in this weather. I do have two cat houses that would provide some shelter (left over from when I had an indoor/outdoor ex-feral cat) that they could use if needed. |
